confused 93 F150 4X4 302 Shaking and PCV problem

When I put the truck into gear it shakes on the low end, but as I give it gas it goes away, when it shifts it shakes again. This problem jus started about 2 weeks ago. It has a Jasper Engine that was put in less than 6,000 miles ago and new transmission(4 speed Automatic w/overdrive) As far back as I can remember when it would shift into over drive it would always shake, but now it is doing it on all gears. Have no idea what it is.

Secondly, I am having oil leak out of the breather filter in the air box. I replaced the PCV valve and it is still leaking pretty bad. Bad enough that I put a new breather filter and Air filter in it last week and they look like the old ones did already. Any clues?

Thanks
