Not sure about the o2 sensor but pre 95 vehicles are OBD 1, meaning on board diagnostic system 1, they do not have the connector. There's usually a connector under the hood that you can jump to make the engine light blink, then by counting the blinks you can cross reference the numbers and get your codes. Use a shop repair manual such as haynes. It should have complete directions.
