94 F150 Code 625 EPC driver open in EEC - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

I just bought a 1994 F 150 with a 4.9 and E4OD that shifted fine the first couple of times I drove it. Then it began to have a hard shift from 1-2 and 2-3. I checked for codes and found 625, Electronic Pressure Control driver open in EEC. Does this mean I need to replace ECU? There was no CEL on and that was the only code and there are no other symptoms. Thanks in advance. Mike

I figured the problem was in the computer. I found a used one on Ebay for 37.00 (Great Price). I installed it today and the transmission shifts perfectly.
