95 f150 5.0L stalls

Need some help, my truck has 4wd with a 5 spd. The first startup in the morning it doesn't run on all 8 cylinders til 3mins later. Also when driving when I put the clutch in, sometimes it idles down to 300 rpm and back up to 1000 rpm a few times and stalls! But everything goes back to normal after I touch the gas pedal. What can I do to fix this problem!?

Thanks! Caleb

Clean the MAF with MAF cleaner and the IAC with carb cleaner. Try this and see what codes you might get, Ford Fuel Injection How To Run a Self-Test
