i have a 95 f150 and the windows lie to go down and sometimes on thei own, and have to have help coming back up. i was thinking maybe the tracks messed up but a friend told me there is a bolt that i have to replace. any suggestions?
If they are power windows, there are gears in the motor that get broken and need replacement. They don't cost much if that's what it is. You'll have to take the door panel off and investigate.
