95 ford f-150 5.0 hesitation problems

i can get up in the mornings and start my truck, it runs and idles fine. i can take off out of the drive way and go about a 1/4 mile ( to the end of the street) come to a stop and go to take off and it spitts and sputters for just a moment and then clears up and dosent do it again till the next morning, or if i let it set for a long while.

have any suggestions?
