I think my window motor went out but I am not sure. It stopped working but the weird thing is when I push the up button the dome and door lights start to blink. What is up with that???

The motror probably has stuck brushes. If you tap the bottom of the door with a rubber mallet while holding the button, the window will probably move. That would indicate that you need a new motor pretty soon.
