I have a 98 F150 and it came with the standard chrome front bumper without the 2 bottom fog lights. I was just wondering if i were to get one with the fog lights if it would line up with the same brackets and stuff..

ok cool thanks.. Also as far as relays should i add a relay to lights?

How are you going to turn them on?

i was going to wire them up to the headlights that way i can just use the normal switch, but if i really had to i can buy a switch and wire it up that way

In that case, I'd use a relay. Are there any wires in the location to see if it's wired for them from the factory?
