'99 F250 front rotor removal

Got a 2 wheel drive Super Duty with slightly warped rotors. On the front rotors the silver tin dust caps are pressed into the rotors; do these caps have to be removed(pulled) before the rotors will come off or can you remove the rotors with the caps left pressed in?

Yes they do, either a screw driverr behind the lip or channel locks and "wiggle" it out. (grip from the front and pull out.)Try not to bend it, but it won't hurt anything if you do.
