Read Any way to get a touch screen in a 2006 SuperDuty?

I have a 2006 F250 Lariat with the factory 6 disc CD/Radio. Is there any way to get the touch screen factory radio from a newer SuperDuty or an Expedition and install it in the truck?

Check it out. Is it wired for it ? I have a 92 Taurus LX with factory CD and high output
power amp. Thought i'd take the CD out of my 92 and put it in my 95. All i have to do is remove the cup holder from the 95. Yah Right. The 95 is NOT wired for it. So much for that idea.

I assume you would need a new trim kit to hold the new navigation unit (something from metra or scoche I believe), and probably some program requirements from the dealer. I would check crutchfield.com and determine what aftermarket navigation units you can get. I think that would be a better/cheaper route, since you don't have SYNC.
