I brought my 2011 F150 into the dealership because my 'fixed guides' that appear on my rear-view mirror keep turning off. I have to put go into the dash board menu, using the controls on the steering wheel and manually select those options every day.
They sometimes last through one or two 'ignitions' and even overnight sometimes, but other times they only stay on for one reverse cycle.
The dealership informed me that I must be de-activating them by going into the dashboard menu as they were getting no errors and it worked fine for them "20 times" in the shop...
Has anyone else had this problem? I've tried to scan the forums for a similar thread but I seen none with a similar title.
