Exclamation Battery won't keep charge

I have a 1997 Ford F150 XC The problem is that the battery will not keep it's charge. When testing the amps through the battery it stays around a .34 After about 9 hours of sitting the battery is dead and has to be jumped. Here is what I have done so far. I replaced the GEM Module, removed a c-chip that was installed from previous rental car owner, replaced the Ignition relay switch, battery is brand new, tested out fine, tested altenator & it's fine, checked ground wires from battery to starter & it's fine, removed the pressure switch to the cruise control on the master cylinder, checked all fuses inside & out. Checked fuseable links. The problem now is the battery still has a draw from somewhere. The Airbag light stays on/blinks, horn, cruise control & dome light never worked & still doesn't. The power door locks worked before replacing the GEM and now they don't. When I turn off the ignition there is clicking coming from the fuse box. Any ideas? I'd really appreciate it. I'm ready to pull my hair out!!

Re: Battery won't keep charge

340ma is way too much, open door fully latch it so the gem thinks its closed, open hood. Perform your parasitic draw procedure, let vehicle sit for 1 hours for modules to sleep. If draw still high (above 50ma) pull fuses on the interior fuse panel one by one until the draw drops.
