Best Vacum inlet

ON a 2005 F150 with 5.4 l engine there is a vacum line on the intake manifold on the passenger side almost in the middle of the inner 2 plenums. If gas was introduced into the engine like hydrogen or additional oxygen would it feed all the cylinders equally from the vacum port inlet or does it just feed the closest 2 cylinders?..Can you look at the bottom of the manifold through microfiche or one in a part book to verify this....If is only feeds the closest cylinders where would be the best vacum inlet to attach to under the throttle body?...Thank you for your hel
