Engine is '78 400. Just pulled the heads to have them renewed. When i re-install them, what is the best way to adjust the hyd. valves? I remember on another engine I did, that I adjusted the rocker nut until I couldn't spin the pushrod and then backed off a 1/4 or 1/2 turn.

With that cylinder at TDC, adjust the nut until you feel a drag on the pushrod while rolling it between your fingers, then give it another 1/2 turn IN not out.
