confused Bucking / Shuttering

I have a 04 F150 with a 5.4L (180000km)
Since I have had the truck there has been a bucking when slowly accelerating between 60km and 80km especially when going up a hill.
The engine would never code, accept in hard acceleration from 100km to 140km.
In this instance the truck would code (check engine light comes on) then start bucking wile maintaining a speed in that range.
If I let the truck coast, the bucking stops and in a short time I can accelerate again with no problem.
The first time a code of P0107 came up so I swapped all the coils from one side of the engine to the other.
The next time it coded P0306
Note: I changed the plugs @ 160000km. This was before I started reading the codes.
Any Ideas?

Since you're seeing a #6 missfire code, I'd pull that plug to see what it looks like and check the coil boot. If all looks good, switch the coil for another one that's easy to get to and see if the missfire follows.

Re: Bucking / Shuttering

I'd put it back the way it was and if you loose the missfire code, clean the MAF sensor. I'm wondering if you punked the wire during the transfer. Might want to check the Wire resistance or switch wires to see if the miss follows the wire.
