Red face Changed speedometer. how do i reset computer?

I have a 03' f150 and changed the speedometer. I know I need to reset the computer but how? Do you need a special computer or is there a trick that I can do it myself? Please help.

i had to change one in my truck i had to take it to the dealership so they could calibrate it something to do w/the anti-theft

The cluster is a module and needs programmed at the dealer.
