Red face Codes 1639 & 1780 on 03' F150. Check engine light won't go off

I've ran the truck on the sensor reader and 1639 & 1780 keep popping up. One of them says Vehicle ID Block Corrupter. Any ideas. The Check Engine Light won't go off and I need to sell this truck.

Hi
If your VID block is corrupted you'll need to take the car to a dealer and ask them to reprogram the PCM using the tear-tag or the as-built data methods . There really is no other way to do it, as a normal reprogramming doesn't alter VID block parameters.
