Unregistered

I have a 99 f 250 powerstroke that on cold mornings has an electrical demon. when I turn the ignition to warm the glow plugs, the lights and guages dont work. The truck starts fine, still none of the guages work, the door open bell dings constantly, and the door locks go up and down continuously. At RPMs above idle the door locks and bell stop, but still no guages. After the truck warms up it all goes back to normal. I thought it was a bad ground at the battery and cleaned the posts... no change. Any ideas? This is making me crazy!
