Mods usually work against a seller when it comes time. Stock vehicles generally sell for more than modified. In some rare cases if a buyer comes along who wants those upgrades it can be a good deal if you were going to have similar mods done to a stock vehicle.

Make sure you can get all maintenance records!!! Be sure to check all fluids for clarity, if any look black, be cautions (brake fluid, transmission fluid, engine oil, power steering fluid). Be thorough as lifted 4x4's can cause you more problems as not all shops will repair the systems for liability reasons. The tires look relatively new, but try your best to check for even tread wear. The lift also gives you an added bonus - to check under the truck. Make sure there are no dents/dings in any of the pans, differential housings etc.

The 6.0L diesels have some known problems...write down the VIN and check with a local dealer to make sure all recalls/TSB's have been performed.

It looks great, undoubtedly drives good for the lift, and if you can obtain maintenance records and do a thorough visual inspection, then go for it!
