I need to pull the front door panels on my '99 F250 to replace the speakers.
Any tips or special tools required?

No special tools. Just gotta find all the screws. Sometimes they are behind the reflector or hidden under the cover inside from mirror.
Remove them all and pull up on the panel.

Did figure out how to get the panels off. I am wondering the same thing and I don't see any screws to take out

Because they hide them behind reflectors, power window switches, and pillar panels.

Johnny is totally correct...once the screws are out, pull the panel UP ....NOT out toward you. It comes straight up then away from the door...
