Door Skin Loose

I recently needed to repair the driver door power window on my '08 F150 Lariat and found that the door skin had come loose from being bonded to a cross beam that runs the length of the door. It appears that Ford used some sort of foam as the bonding agent. I rebonded it with a two part industrial epoxy. That lasted for a few door slams and also became unbonded. Has anyone else had this problem and found a suitable fix? Both front door skins are loose.

Re: Door Skin Loose

Try "Great Stuff" or one of the other insulation foams, they stick to just about everything.
