I have a 98 light f-250 (7-bolt axel) 4x4 that picks up a bad vibration between 55 and 65 or so and it doesn't go away until almost a complete stop the whole truck seems to vibrate so I can't really tell if it is front or rear where its coming from. I can really feel it in the brakes when I step on them. Also it does not do it right away, it seems to have to warm up or be driven for a while (10 to 30miles or so) also its a 5.4 with an AOD.

what it sounds like dude is you have brake shimms. what that is, is worped rotors. if thats the problem then you need a brake job. my old 97 f150 had the same problem. hope that works dude
