alright my problem is my truck starts, runs for a short period and then stops.
It runs longer at 1800rpm but mis-fires like a gas motor. Its become hard to start if you don't wait a few minutes. Seems like it is a fuel problem (i have a new filter) but im not sure, glow plug relay seems to be getting real hot, and all electrical lines and hoses are fine.

i don't know a whole lot about diesels but i'll ask my auto mechanic about this problem you are having, he is a certified diesel mechanic!

Might be the injectors? Just had my 7.3 repaired, all 8 injectors were so plugged no fuel was able to go through. It would not start, unless pull started. rpm's wouldnt get high at all. Had the glow plugs replaced last summer thinking that was the issue but all the injectors were. Runs good now.

Good luck, I would try to find a good diesel mechanic.
