F250 4by4 superduty crewcab rumbling noise front end

04 f250 I have a rumbling in what sounds like the driver side front end. When i picked the truck up from the dealer it had 19 miles on it and was makeing that noise. They have replaced both front wheel bearings, undercoated it 3 times, swapped 4 diffrent sets of tires. They even took the hubs out and drove it and still makeing rumbling noise. The dealer is saying they havent had any outher problems like mine with the truck. Also the dealer is telling me its just road noise and im not buying it this is my third powerstroke f250 and i had no rumbling noise from those trucks. If anyone out there has any suggestions would you let me know. thanks
