confused f250 overdrive off indicator flashing
Hi guys,

I have a 2002 F250 that started acting up this morning. The truck seems to be driving ok, but the check engine light came on and the overdrive off indicator started flashing. The owners manual says to have the vehicle serviced immediately, but gives no other clues as to what the problem might be. My Chilton manual was also of no use. Anyone seen this problem before of have any advise? Thanks in advance for any help!

Get it to the dealer or a trans shop! That flashing OD light is bad news and expect a major trans repair.

I had this same problem & the rear end speed - gear tooth sensor was bad.
