F350 Transmission shifting funny

I have a 91 F350 crew cab dually with a automatic and 460. It has 191,000 miles on it and I bought it about 8 months ago. It never had a receiver hitch of any kind or any bed mounted fith wheel or goose neck. Wierd, I have never seen a dually with no reciever and put a Class III on myself. Well I am pulling a large two horse bumper pull. I ussually have the OD turned off except on the highway. Well on our way home from a trail ride, about an hour drive from home, the truck started to jerk a little like it was running low on gas. The front tank was getting down to about 1/4 of a tank so I switched to the rear tank which was full. It continued to due it some. It wasn't constantly just when we acclerated. I was thinking maybe gas issue. Then we drove it with no trailer fishing and it did it with no load and it would only not do it when I turned the OD button on to disengage the OD.

Like I said before it was only jerking a little like it was starving for gas on mild acceleration, if I floored it it didnt hesatate. I started thinking maybe rotor or cap and maybe fuel pump but I am thinking it may be transmission.

The fluid in the transmission is full. Should I try changing it or take it into the shop? Should I try something else besides the transmission?
