Horny Truck when wet

I have a 08 F350 4X4 with a 6.2 L engine. The problem is whenever I wash the truck or if it gets rained on the horn starts to blow all on its own. Becomes a little embarasing in traffic in the rain. Any ideas as to what would cause this.

It's quite obvious what causes this. Water. Find your horn circuit and follow it from the
wheel back to the horns and find out why when it gets wet it sets the horn off. Use the
garden hose if you have to. It also helps if you have the manual for it. I bet the dealer knows about this problem. Good luck

Lol at the thread title. I wonder if there is a horn relay that is not water tight. Your Ford dealership may be the ones to talk to about this. If it is a known fault then warranty may even be possible.
