I have a 2001 F250 SD rear wheel.

Is there a specific gear oil I should use for my truck or is it generic?
How much gear oil should I add total?

Hi Guys. i took my truck to a local mechanic cuz sometimes when driving it feel like the tires are locked. the mechanic puts it on the lift and tells me something(he doesnt know) is wrong with my differential because both tires are not spinning simultaneously when u turn one. first he said it was the e-brakes. im just not sure with this guy. any help. i did come home and put some gear oil in it i bought from autozone and it almost took the whole bottle. it does drive better but any experiences is appreciated.
