thanx fonz but somebodys already been messing with it and theyve got it screwed up bigtime,i dont think theres a locksmith in the country that can make a key for it now
There are several ways to remove the lock cyllinder, but I won't post on a public forum how to remove it. You may find some alternative methods on youtube.
i understand and dont blame you,i just thought it might be a way to remove the steering wheel and release it from the back side somehow. i can check you tube i reackon. thanx slim
I don't think the '84 has the active retainer, so you could remove it by first removing the steering wheel. You'll probably need a steering wheel puller if you don't have one already.
