Starts WITH The Key In The 4th Position, Instead Of The 5th Position - Is There Something Wrong With The Ignition Switch??????

sounds like the electrical plug on the rear of the ignition housing.. could have overheated etc.. need to remove all the plastic shrouds.. cant quote on f250 but most cars plug is removable from the rear and you should be able to pull it out and inspect if all is ok.. are'nt you still under manufacturers warranty still? cos better still let ford do it for free
