Installing Stacks

ok...
ive got a 2004 f 250 diesel.....and im thinking about getting stacks and installing them myself. Im pretty sure ive got all the apropriate tools and ive got my dad and my cousin to help....but i was just wondering if it is really hard or if it is just time consuming....is there anything i really need to be worried about??? thanks for any comments...

also....im probably getting 6 inch turnouts....but i was wondering if 36 or 48 inchers would look better....thanks
