I am also having a problem with my interior AC Fans not working. I have and 2005 F-150 and when I start the truck 50% of the time the blower motor doesn't kick on and I have "no" AC. If I run over a bump in the road it will kick on some times or I can tap under the passenger side glove box and it will kick on. Any ideas?

I also have a 2000 F-350 7.3L diesel the Interior AC fans would do the same thing, but now I can't get it to turn on at all. Does anyone know where I can get a AC / blower motor diagram to locate it? (Free online)
