Jerky Transmission with 5.0

I bought a new 2011 which now has close to 600 miles on it. Since I bought it with the engine and transmission cold whenever it shifts from 2nd to third the trans will jerk. After driving 3-5 miles and time enough for the engine and trans to warm up the problem goes away. Any clue as to why its doing this? If I start it up and let it run for five minutes or so it does just fine.
Ambient temperature has nothing to do with it. It does it regardless of outside temperature. I dropped by the dealer yesterday and they could not find any service bulletins and the computer didn't show any codes. They did re-flash the computer and I had hoped that the reflash worked but once again today as I left home it did it's usual hard jerk when shifting to third gear.

Re: Jerky Transmission with 5.0

I'd see about leaving it with them overnight to let them experience what it's doing.

I concur, leave it overnight at the dealer. If they're nice they'll even give you a loaner!
