how can I get the factory pre-set code for keyless entry on my 2006 F-250 FX4 Lariat? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

My 2006 F-250 Lariat came with a wallet card in the owners manual binder that had the code on it. If you didn't get that go back to the dealer and ask for it.
