Here is my problem. My wipers wont work.

I have a 1999 F-250 Superduty with the 7.3 in it.
I have DONE the following

*Tried a new motor
*Checked my fuses (ONLY ONE)
*Check the relays (all work tried them in dif truck)
*Checked my ground!
*Replaced the turn signal switch (!!!!$146.00)

I HAVE POWER TO THE MOTOR AND EVERYTHING

STILL NO FING WIPERS!!!!!

Fuse 11 under the dash or 15 under the hood? There's also a GEM module that controls it. I think on your's, it's mounted on the inside fuse box. You can check the connectors on it.

Yes and Yes. GEM thingy your talking about I dont believe it has anything to do with the wipers. the FWD maybe?
