Need Help! 1990 F150
Well here is what i got.
1990 F150 5.0 4x4 XLT regular cab long bed.
Not sure what transmission is in the truck.
Having problems with the truck not wanting to pull like it should. The rpms go way up like its really going somewhere but the truck has no power. Tried to pull a trailer with my racecar chasis on it (not much weight at all) and could hardly get out of the driveway. It doesn't feel like the transmission is slipping, it just wont pull. I have checked all the electrical conections and lines running to it. While i was doing this last night i noticed some fluid coming from out of the top of the filler tube. It is not over or under full so i have no idea why its doin this either. The fluid is nice and red and does not smell burned or anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
