can anybody tell me how or where to test my pcm on my 92 f150 with a 5.0 a4od 4x4? i got it out from behind the kick panel im pretty sure its fried but i would like to be sure before i invest in a new one. will one out of a bronco work? goin to the boneyard this weekend any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys.

Read the code on the case and get one with a matching number.

thanks for the info. is there a parts store that tests them?

Not that I know of. Usually tests are done that will point to the PCM eventually but in most cases, the PCM isn't at fault. Why do you think the PCM is bad?

its the only thing left. the problem is the truck wont stay in time. everything else has been changed or tested. im really at a loss
