I am getting my finances ready for a 03+ F250 in 3-4 months and was looking for a little info. How many miles have you gotten out of your diesel and trans before problems? Any other mechanical issues like a/c, PS pump, anything going out with low milage? What are the common problems on these trucks?
Also, are there any grill conversion kits to make them look like the newer model grills?

Check to see if you are going to get the 7.3L or the 6.0L, the 6.0L is plagued with problems, i had an 05 6.0L and I ended up spending over 3k in repairs to get it fixed right about the 60k mile mark. It appears that a lot of people had these problems with early model 6.0L motor.
