in need of some help

hi first post on this forum. nice to meet everyone. i am having a problem with my truck. i have a 1987 ford f250 w/ 302 4speed manual. my issue is when i go to start it i have to start it 3 times before it will stay running only when cold. starts and runs fine when warm. now when it finally starts and i go to take off the truck stumbles and has no power until it warms up then its fine. so basically these things happen when cold. any help would be appreciated also its efi. thaks
