Neutral Safety Switch?
I'm trying to install a tilt column from a 1978 in my 1974 F100 and there is no neutral safety switch on the later column. The wiring harness has the same connector although there is an additional wore coming from the shifter area in the 78.
Anyone here know how to modify the wiring to work properly? I can figure out how to bypass the switch, buy I don't want to be able to start the engine while the trans is in drive.
