Going away for a week on Monday and i'm leaving the truck with a freind who will be puting in another 302 motor to replace the one in it now. Thats going in so i can hopefully start the rebuild of the engine in it. Im doing it this way so that the truck doesn't spend any time off the road. So i'l let you know how it goes in a weeks time.

i have a good comp cams extreme energy cam new in the box out in my garage that would really work in your rebuild motor.

Its in!!! I havn't taken it to far but did take it out for a test and its feels good. This engine has around 90000 to 100000 kilometres on it so it should be good to get me through until i can start the rebuild. It only cost me $150 and a couple slabs of beer so i reckon it was a good deal. My freind who put it in for me said he could also help me do most of the rebuild to hekp keep the costs down a bit.
Whats been going on anyway. Done anything to your 97 F150 recently?
well i have been gathering some ideas for the 97 lately and i just ordered my set of MSD plug wires and a stainless flowmaster 40 series muffler.
i am gunna put a custom cat back dual exhaust on it and see how that sounds.
i did get a graphics kit installed on it too !
