I know this is one of the more simple task but still it is buried back there and I know most would like to see how to get at it before they pull everything off the engine trying to get at it. This one had a bad IPR causing a no start and was original at 200k miles on it and was time anyway. I don't see IPR's cause no starts (low icp) that often but when they fail I always see very low icp 30-250psi max but mostly under 50psi dead giveaway. As the 6.0l ages we are starting to see more IPR failures and figured a video on it was in order. I hope this helps out a bit.
