Noob has questions (Axle Q's)

Hey guys, noob here, first post. been lurking around reading. Looks like a good forum so I Joined. I searched, but didn't find the answeres. I'm looking at buying a 00-03 7.3L 4x4 250 or 350 soon. I understand the spring rate thing, the GVW bla bla... i'm concerned with Axles. What axles does the 250 come with Vs the 350? I've searched the net with bleek results of "for sure" ness. People seem to agree they both have a sterling 10.25" in the rear. and for sure a D60 for the 350's front, but not really sure of the 250 comes with a D50 or not upfront. Could someone shine some light on the axles for me. thanks in advance.
