I'm having issues with my 1993 F150 regarding the O2 sensor. Now when I finally got it out, it took most of the threads with it, and I'm having trouble finding a tap to work. What is the right size tap to use? Or am I better off getting a new "Y" pipe and converter kit? (I'll get into more issues after this dilemma.) Thanks guys.

Need to know info:
L6 4.9L 300ci
Stock manifolds and "Y" pipe with original cats.

It's the same size as a spark plug.

14mm. If you go to a parts store and tell them you need a spark plug chaser. They work great on them.

On to other issues~
I'm changing the o2 sensor in an attempt to fix another issue.

When I start my truck cold, it cranks over and runs, then dies if I do not give it any throttle.
I've also noticed a decrease in performance and fuel economy. I was told by a reliable source that it could be my o2 sensor, or one of the cats clogging.
What would you suggest? (After I fix this bloody o2 sensor, of course.)

edit: It smells like it's running real rich, too.
re-edit: It ended up being an 18mm chaser.
