confused o5 f-150 eng.mis help

ihave 50,000 miles on her and she has a mis in the motor and the eng light is on i was told that it is the sparkplug can that be true with so little miles?

most common thing with a misfire is the coil pack, read what code it is, should tell you what cylinder is dead.

it says #2 cylinder code po174&po302 does this mean i need a sparkplug?

you can try the plug but its most likely the coil thats sitting right on top of the plug.

thanks for your input .the truck runs fine and i did not replace anything yet there is a slugishness to the motor i think its cause the engine light is still on ?
