With all the options out there it's a good idea to shop around, for sure. I use an SCT tuner on my 5.9L Durango with good results.
If you plan to upgrade (modify) the F150 in the future, having an adaptable tuner is the way to go - like SCT for instance. I'm not too familiar with BullyDog as I thought they were more for diesels, but hey, if it's a good price to advertised HP ratio, it might be a good buy over the Hypertech.
