pulling motor 2001 f150 4x4

Just wondering if you can get a 4.6l out the top or do you need to lift the cab like my ford dealership says.any help would be appreciated.

got it pulled w/o taking the cab off,but it wasnt the nicest engine i ever pulled.ford was really thinking of there mechanics on this truck a@$holes.

yea it takes a little work to get one out without tearing half the vehicle apart dont it.
i unbolt everything off the front and pull the rad out then with some work they come out the top whether they like it or not.
