question for the pro`s

I`ve been working on my 89 F150 lately and had a friend put a tester on it.it showed 3 codes which showed 30, 31,& 32. after putting all new parts on it something is not right.the part`s were TPS,EGR,and EGR sensor which made the engine run better but made my trans seem to not change right.

My question is do i need to have my throttle body reset so that my trans will change right? i had trans rebuilted and i rebuilted the engine and beefed it up a little. the motor came out of an 89 stang and i had it bored 40 over and put a comp cam in it. i don`t konw if the throttle body need`s readjusting or what. before i done the rebuild it changed fine. now i`m confused and don`t know what to do.
