Hello,

I have a 2004 F250 w/ 5.4 gas engine. I engaged the dash switch and put it in 4wd. I attempted to take it out of 4wd but it would not disengage. After parking it overnight, I started the truck the following morning and it was in 4wd low range. I drove it (very slowly) to a local garage where they manually put it back in 2wd. They are telling me that the problem is with a control module located behind the glove box. They are also telling me that they are having a problem locating a part to fix it. I'm just wondering A) Is there a control module behind the glove box?, and B) would anyone here know the part number?. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
