Question Rear ABS Light and Brake Light come on and make the engine rev up-92 F-150!

Ok I hope someone can help me with this...its driving me crazy. I bought a 1992 F-150 4x4 with the 5.0 engine with auto trans that has overdrive. I am trying to get it ready for safety. When I start it, the rear abs light comes on, and after driving it for a few miles the engine stays at normal revs but it seems like the throttle sticks on it as when u let off the gas pedal it still seems to speed up because the engine stays at a higher rev , but the gas pedal is fine. Then the Brake light comes on on the dash. When the engine revs up it is hard to stop it because the tires want to spin faster with the engine being reved up like that...pulling it into my driveway I had to almost push the brake pedal into the ground and you could feel the back tires spinning still trying to go fast. Whenever you put the truck in neutral or park the engine then revs up REALLY loud like it would if u push the gas pedal down all the way while in park... anyone know what could be causing this? I'm sorry if I didnt describe the problem that clearly, or if it seems confusing to everyone...if anyone has any questions for me about this I can answer them to the best of my ability. All I know is this problem is driving me up the wall ALOT.

Please someone help me!!!
